One of my favorite bookmarked sites is a real estate regina site that shows listings in my area. I was currently renting a house but I had always dreamed of owning my own home. My favorite section was the area where recent price changes are listed. The price reductions are usually within 10,000 dollars but now and again there are some really impressive dips in price. When I saw a three bedroom brick home that was reduced by 50,000 dollars, I got excited because it was one that I had really liked but it was out of my price range at its original price. I made an appointment to go see it, and I was pretty happy with what I saw. I didn’t see anything wrong with it, and my brother who is a contractor agreed that it was a nice, stable house. That was six months ago, and I just finished moving in last week! Great deals are just too hard to pass up.
